SubToUnlock is a free content-locking platform that allows creators to require social media actions (such as subscribing, following, or joining) before granting access to content. The Service includes link creation, file hosting, analytics, and related features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

  • Lock, distribute, or link to illegal content of any kind
  • Share, distribute, or lock adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
  • Distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious software
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any party
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or third parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or tools to abuse the platform
  • Circumvent or manipulate the social action verification system

4. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for any content you lock, upload, or link through the Service. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights to distribute it
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • The content complies with these Terms and our Acceptable Use policy above

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without notice.

5. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or by creating a free account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by SubToUnlock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and deliver that content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X, Discord, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the actions or policies of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUBTOUNLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in competent courts of jurisdiction.
